Authority of our Prince Grandmaster His Excellency the Prince Douglas of Clermont

Titles of Nobility & Chivalry may only be conferred by a Fons Honorum (Fountain of Honour). It is the Fons Honorum who carries the authority to grant such titles. His Excellency Douglas by the grace of God Prince St.Michel de Clermont is the Fons Honorum who carries such authority on behalf of the Principality of St.Michel de Clermont & is widely recognised as a Prince of the Eastern Orthodox Church.
