I am most pleased at this juncture of my life to announce to the membership and indeed to all interested parties the formation and formal installation of the ORDER OF ST. COLUMBA AND ST. NINIAN The order is open to all those who espouse the Celtic values of truth, honour, and justice. All who support these values are eligible for membership. These are, as with our other orders, three grades of rank within the OCN. The OCN commemorates the two earliest recorded missionaries to the Pictish people of Scotland and the isles. The ranks of Knight/Dame, Knight Cross/Dame Cross & Knight Grand Cross/Dame Grand Cross are established. Literature outlining the aims and objectives has now been printed and is available upon request.
