Recognition by Russian College of Heraldry
We are most pleased to announce to Members ONLY that your Titles and Coats of Arms granted by the Principality may now be officially be recognised by this august body. Applicants will be issued with documents Sealed by the presiding officers of the Collegium Heraldicum Russiae.
This official registrar of Arms & Titles is Chartered by the Russian Ministry of Justice and was re-established in 1991 under the high patronage of His Imperial Highness, The Grand Duke VLADIMIR Kirillovich, a senior member of the Romanov Family which, until 1917 was the reigning dynasty in Russia - replaced by the now recently overthrown Communist Regime.
The Correct protocol for registration in the Russian College by our members involves asking H.E. The Prince for the letters of introduction to the college. When this document arrives, it will be accompanied by literature from the Russian College outlining their services and fees.
